2. What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- Enquiry form data — name, business email, organisation, phone (optional), area of interest, and your message.
- Newsletter signup — email address when you request our IT assessment checklist or updates.
- Technical data — standard server and analytics logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages visited, approximate location) when you browse the site, if analytics are active.
- Correspondence — emails or calls you initiate with us.
We do not intentionally collect special-category (sensitive) personal data via this website.
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling consultations — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) and/or steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Sending requested materials or newsletter — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and/or legitimate interests for existing business contacts where applicable.
- Operating, securing, and improving the website — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) where relevant to client engagements.
4. How we use enquiry data
Form submissions are sent to our business email so we can reply, qualify interest, and follow up on your request. We do not sell personal data.
5. Recipients and processors
We may use trusted processors to host the website, deliver forms, and (if configured) send email — for example hosting on Vercel and transactional email providers. These act on our instructions and under data-processing terms. Data may be transferred outside the EU/EEA only with appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
6. Retention
- Enquiries — kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months), unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal claim.
- Newsletter — until you unsubscribe or we delete inactive lists.
- Server / analytics logs — retained for a limited operational period.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability, where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
Contact us at info@freshlogik.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential cookies required for security and basic operation. If privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. Vercel Analytics) are enabled, they help us understand aggregate traffic. We aim to minimise personal data in analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive information via the public form.
10. Children
This website is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes notice of the updated policy for website visitors; material changes affecting clients will be communicated as appropriate.
